Suppose their is a website and after clicking OK in login window there is again window coming "the page can not be displayed" is it a bug.

We cannot say that its a bug bcoz sometimes when the connection is down we may get the page load error or page caanot be displayed.

Hi,Check the address bar where that link is taking, chances are there developres are given wrong URL for redirecting the page.

First you need to check the web site in different systems as well as different browsers.there may be some problem in one system due to which the page may not be displayed so better go for other system and if still the problem persists then go for different browser bcoz  that application may be supported only in some browsers.and if still the problem persists then that is a bug

By Sure. It is a Bug and its Priority is "High". Whatever event if the other components does not support it should display atleast alert message not an "Page cannot found" message. There is a Showstopper in this, so it should be fix first.
