Even I am on the same verge I am also BA, MBA(Finance), I want to do testing tools and shift to IT, though I dont have IT Degree, I have oracle , oracle financials , java courses done, but as I don't have real time expereince I am unable to shift to IT. To shift to IT you need to show solid confidence, experience ..... If you can manage then you can proceed with your plans.
