I think it is the rate at which new bugs are injected into the application as a result of the fixtures done. Might be the ratio of the bugs in the last build with the bugs in new one??? Not sure. will get the exact answer asap. do not worry :-)

It's related to bugs in specifications.In starting there may be more bug rate per page, but later we reduce that, how we do this , its our methodology.

As far as i know, Bug Injection Rate is the rate by which we introdue the bugs intentionally in the module/application to figure out the other bugs that are possible to be produced.

Please correct me if its wrong.
