Hi, I completed by BE in 2002, and currently working in very good IT company,but not in technical field. Now I want to switch my carrer in software testing. How I an do that. I have attended classes for testing and have a working knowledge of manual testing and Winrunner. The institute from where I attended courses , is also offering me 1.5yrs exp certificate. Pls advice..

Prepare a good resume highlighting the testing skills you are proficient in. Search good job search sites and also pass your resume through good consultants specifying your interest on testing area.In the meantime try to strengthen and learn more things in testing field and you are sure to enter soon in testing field.
