I m working in an NGO as System Administrator from past 2 yrs. after my MCA. I want to earn more money with a profession which give me satisfaction of doing MCA. I hv learned .net and finding it intresting too. pleeeeese suggest whether this switching is appropriate for me.

Sure your decision is perfect. If you are very good in.NET then you have very good prospects. But keep learning other technologies also and envisage your knowledge more which helps you in achieving more results.

Ur decision is very good . Definitely u will find a good job if ur updating ur knowledge. No one has the right to decide ur choice ,ultimtely ur the boss here. If ur fully charged to make a career shift , first set some time frame to achieve ur goal and one more important thing is don't expect high salary in the begining stage itself . Be ready to join in ur dream job even with minimum pay.the experience ur getting is more valuble than the currency.. Good Luck..
