Quality Analyst faces able the entire software of that particular project and should able complete the work in the time.He should able to statisfy the customer requirement.

This position will oversee effective testing of all components, including consulting, development, execution/maintenance of project testing and quality and reliability.  As an QA Analyst you are required to create and execute test scripts/cases and validate expected results and log defects.  Need to be very focused, with the ability to react quickly and efficiently to user and production application issues.

Understand the application. AND Out of box thinking, tester should be able to test the application from users perspective, like how the user will interact with the application,how he will handle it,Users positive actions as well as negative actions on the applications.

according to me QA faces lots of problems bofore he release a product to the customer h he has to read the script well and he should try to understand the customer points and execute the operations as many times as possible and release that product to customer with customwr given req and specifications are done properly

AS a QA the most difficult challenge is the dead line ..As the developers/programmers delay the dead line and a QA will get caught between product launch and develpment in a circumstances that his duration will be squeezed .For example if a QA has 24 hours to finish testing , he will be made to do it in 12 hours , due to the delay by programmers..

Delay in the development of the release made us to put extra effort in order to meet deadlines. Last minute changes are not well communicated with us and outdated test cases.

As Developer has tendency to say” He/she is right” This is not a bug ,he/she has fixed the Right Code, it is challenge to conquer/ Convinced them by showing The Reproduced steps of bug .
Only QA will be able to assure the product quality whether it is good to release and meets the customer requirements and releasing the product in-time

There could be many challenges in QA.

Deadlines.
Work under Pressure conditions
Understanding the new requirements and coming up with best testcases.

For me the challenge was when a software product Quality Center9.0 was installed, I co-ordinated the team which mannaged to get the issues and solve the problems with in a very short period of time.
I was with a project that was behind deadlines-I adjusted my worklaod and the timeline to get back to track to the schedule.
