I just went through Siemens campus recruitment on 1st Feb. There were only two rounds for selection procedure.

1. Aptitude and Verbal
2. Personal Interview Round

There were two sections for aptitude.
Verbal - It comprised of READING COMPREHENSION only 60questions were there and 30mins was alloted. It was relatively simple.
Aptitude - It comprised of Data Interpretation only. 40questions and 30mins. It included Pie-Charts, Exchange Rate, Students data, Sales Data, Factory Data.after that students were short-listed.

In the Personal Interview, focused was put on Subject of YOUR interest, make sure whatever subject you say you should be clear of its BASICS. the H.R person were very gentle and friendly.

4 Person panel did the Interview.
