I am good at Crystal Reports. I want to move to Cognos.Can anyone help how to start and were I can get some stuff to read.Thanks in Advance.Srini

here is what I would do ...

1.  Try to get evaluation copy and read manuals, practice samples with any of the databases like oracle, sql server

2. another options is , since you are good in crystal reports, learn Microsoft Reporting Services , it has lot of good demand especially with the new 2005 version...
