most of the companies recruit people only if they have content (prog. skills)as the job involves doing projects

people think they could learn these skills in the training period but it is not always true....because u cant learn all of it with in short time...as it also incvlude a lot of practice

It is essential bcoz if he is not & depends on automated tools and code generators he will never able to upgrade himself and survive in the field, as IT is the field which upgrades every second. programming should be a default part of him he should always think of how to enhance programming methods.
