What is the meaning of static and dyanamic values in profile parameters and give me some important parameter values in performance tuning.

Static profiles means, if we change values then we have to restart server.
Dynamic profile means no need to restart server eg.operation mode.

Static mean a value which doe not change.
Dynamic mean which keeps changing constantly.
