while developers start coding testing peopes creates test plan &test inputs.once code is signed off by developers, testers execute the code with test plan and test inputs.

Testing is started while the requirement is freezed because once the requirement is freezed immediately test plan is prepared by the test lead once the Testplan is developed based on this test environment, test resouces, Test scenarios are prepared based on that test cases are prepared based on this the application is tested and the bug report is given to the developer to fix the bug then it is approved by test lead along with Project leader.

It does not end because at last when beta testing is also over then comes of maintenance stage in this time we should be maintained at that time also it exist so testing never ends untill the application last testing also lasts.
