As far as I am concerned , Test Case contains expected results so all the statements are true. Again it depends on the format you are following for writing the testcases.

test case contains both valid and invalid conditions to test and it may contain marethan one step, that depends on the functional specification. it contains expected results also, so that we can have comparison between actual and expected results

I think the answre for the question is bit 'A' . since the test case is written to test a single feature(functionality) and every feature usually has one valid case .

I think  "C" Test case may contain both Valid and Invalid test Conditions.

Test case will contain only a valid or an invalid condition but not both.

So C is the right answer
