Hello everybody. My name is Firoz Ali. I m 23 year old. I m a Bcom Grad. from Mumbai University. Currently i m working as a Computer Technician for a well known BPO company for the past 2 years. I don't hav any technical knowledge. All though i did some stuff to long back which i cant even recollect. In a simple language I just know about computer Hardware & working for WIPRO BPO as a Team leader. I m planning to do MBA but i m opting for a good university. So i wanna know , With the profile i m carrying is it gonna help me in future. I m not a brilliant student considering my Academic & college scores. but i m an average guy. I m really very confused is it gonna help me if i do MBA & spend 2 yearsthanx

Getting a higher education, like MBA, is an advantage. But it will cost you time and money. I am also considering to get MBA or MIT but as of now, I don't have the means to enrol. For now, I concentrate on the work that I'm doing. Anyway, when you have a good work experience wirtten on your resume, that would lead you to a better job.Knowledge is important but for me, the skill is much more important in a work. Do your best on skill and people will see it. I know people who are also average but earning much more than the intelligent office worker. They just concentrate on their skills.Just do what you think will make your career better.

I would suggest you that it is really a good idea to take up MBA degree and you can do it as part time without leaving your present job.Once you finish the course you can try more better options in your career.All the best.
