in Qtp there r 2 types of repositories r there to store the object properties

1. shared object repository: It is a global object repository for the application which stores the all objects properties of entire application just like (global gui map in winrunner)

2. per action object repository: here it'll stores the object properties of purticular action only

if ur recording or testing a action qtp automatically stores the all the information about all objects(properties) in peraction repsitory it is just like Guimapfile per test in winrunner
