Entry Criteria :  Project Kickoff Meeting and DSRS should be approved

Exit Criteria   :  Reviewed, Approved and Base-Lined QATP

Requirements must be met to move from one phase to another of the SDLC..

A phase cannot be left until exit criteria are met & a phase cannot be entered until entrance criteria is met..

For example:Exit Criteria: Beta stage might begin only when the acceptance test with no bugs found has been completed. i.e the exit criteria of acceptance test has been met.. 

similarly for entrance criteria: Formal Spec may be published when the spec review is over & authorised..

  1. Requriments ( To nalyze the Product)
  2. Function and Design Specifications( HLD,LLD) ( To understand the Features)
  3. Project Plan(Scheduling)
  4. Previous Records (Compare the Privous records)

Entry Criteria: What inputs are required to start a perticular work or phase. Exit Criteria: What deliverables are expected from the completion of work or phase.
