In my View DEVE PARTER STUDIO is the one of the best tool for .net applications, because it more compactable by microsoft products.

There are a few products out there that work great with .Net testing.

Empirix has eTest suite that can be used for Funtional and Load testing.

A couple others are Segue Silk Test and Mercury.

QTP is the best tool for .Net application as QTP is made itself using a large no of .net features.

It supports almost every feature of .net and everything possible in .net is also possible in QTP as QTP is made using .net technology.
