we can't say it is a client machine because if the network is peer-peer,

so we can say that the computer can able to share the resources

Solution: It is called as "Node".

Since any communicating device that is connected in a network is called as Node.   Basically, we need to call it is as Node because a node in a network can be a Computer, router, Hub, Server, File server, Switch like wise Etc, all these are communicating devices. Unless, we known what is exact Device ( node) that is connected we  cannot say whether it is a Client or a server.
