Who approved your test cases?

It depends on the organization. QA Lead, if present, will approve the test cases. Otherwise, Peer Reviews are a good way of evaluating the test cases.

Test lead or we can baseline the testcases with pear reviews and some times client will aprove the test cases, that depends on the organisation's policy

It Depends generally Test Lead will approve the testcases
some times we have to wait for client approval for our test cases (it depends on the client)

After reviewing the test cases. The Test Team Lead aproves the test cases.
Also it depends on the Organisation and the persons working under testing.
In some cases BA / PM also approves the Test Cases after review.
