test execution is one of the phase in STLC.is defined as after execution of an application ,getting actual value is called test execution.

test execution is a cycle of processing the build after releasing it initially.

Test execution contains the following stages

1.developers releases the initial build

2.testing team conducts the tester acceptance testing (whether the build is testable or not)

3.development team realses the stable build.

4.testing team conducts comprehensive testing and send defect report

5.developers again send the modified build.

6.testers go with regression testing.

7. the cycle continues upto the customer accepted build is ready

Test excution is a prcoess from Identify the validations and verfications .

input is here test case .those are what ever it is.it may be UT,FT,ST.

but our aim of out put is positive resulut.this approach ment methodes are called Test excution.

Test Execution

Executing Automated Test Case

 1. Select the test case SOAP-Test-007 from the SuitesTree.

2. Choose the menu item Start under the Test menu.

3. Message Test Execution Complete, in the Progress Bar, confirms completion of test execution.

 Viewing Test Results

 1. Choose the menu item Test Results under the View menu. This displays    the  Logs & Reports screen.

2. Choose the Test Reports tab to view test results.

 Viewing Test Logs

 Choose the menu item Test Results under the View menu. This displays the Logs & Reports screen with the test execution logs.
