TABLE 1 HAS COIUMN A 
& TABLE 2 HAS COLUMN B 
IF U DEFINE COLUMN B AS FKEY FORCOLUMN A, THEN B CAN HAVE VALUES THAT R IN A 
 
IF U DEFINE A COLUMN AS PRIMARY KEY COLUMN ,EACH ROW CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY THAT COLUMN

In a table we will say it is primarykey if all other fields depend on that.And we say foriegn key if it is already acts as a primary key in other table.
