if they give o is A value means (0+20+40+40+20+4)/6=20.66
                 1 is B                  (1+20+40+40+20+4)/6=20.83
                 3 is C                  (3+20+40+40+20+4)/6=21.16
                 4 is D                  (4+20+40+40+20+4)/6=21.33
