Partition sizes can be set manually or from what configuration?

The partition size can be set mannuly using the format commad .. in that you will have a option to modify the partiton table.  Using this you will be able to modify partition size. And then finally you need to label the modifyed disk and then save the partitioned disk using the save option in the menu list.
