First u can ask what type of data change columns to rows in informatica?Next we can use expression and aggregator transformation.aggregator is using group by duplicate rows

For that you can select source file type as indirect and you have to specify that folder path at source file directory.

I think you can write the sql query (delete from....) in session post-sql command and it will work good.

What if the we have
1,100,Banglore
2,100,chennai
3,100,Mysore
1,101,bangalore
2,101,Kol

Your query will retun 2,3 and we will get
2,100,chennai
3,100,Mysore
2,101,Kol as output
