If I clear interview at second attempt and get offer letter. Should I inform company about it?

I have recently got offer letter from CMMI level 5 company (mindtree). However, I cleared the interview in the second attempt. At first attempt I failed to clear first round itself. Should I inform company that I had already attended interview before (withing a month)? If I join company without informing would it cause any problem?
