    Is SAP Business Objects offered as independent BI solutions or is it tied with SAP

    Hello, is SAP BO being offered as independent BI solution or is it completely integrated into SAP as a replacement for BW. i was told by a BO developer its not being offered as an independent solution for companies not using SAP software. thanks for your help. Regards, Sid

    Hi, SAP Business Objects is a independent product although it was independent company earlier. we can buy it without SAP R/3, ECC or SAP BW.
