If rotor speed will more than synchronous speed , slip will negative. and induction motor will now working as a induction generator. But how this negative slip can be maintain during its generation from IG and suggest me in details regarding operation of Induction Generator.

Any shaft of the rotor is connect with a prime mover which is able to move the rotor greater than its synchronous speed, then negative slip can be maintained.
