Hello friends..Suppose i m not satisfied with my present job and i want 2 leave immediately and search for new job. will it create any problem in getting a new job after leaving the present job.

Yes always getting a job is easier by having the current job in hand.I would suggest you to hold on with your job for some more time and get a job in hand and then leave your present job.Post any queries or help you need.We would try to sort it out. All the Best!!!!

Hello friends, I m Akash jain ,electronics engineer from nagpur with an aggre of 68%..can any1 tell me how can i get call from Top MNC like accenture, CTS etc..i have applied so many times but i havn't got even a single call till now..i want 2 change my present job as soon as possible..rite now i m working in J2EE based company at hyderabad..waiting 4 early reply..Thanx..

First dont lose your hope.Since the companies get huge volume of resumes you might have got a call till now. BUt you wouold surely get it. Make the resume attractive highlighting your proficiency and ...

Thanx for yr advice..but i don't think they reject after looking Resume..i think they select Resume randomly and then look into the details..
