    If any user getting error that ‘Resources is unavailable in Citrix than’ what will you do?

    Its clear "resource is not available that means" XML server is not able to connect/contact to published app server, check that app is available means hosted server is reachable.. then do other troubleshooting.

    Two types of timeouts in Citrix:
    1. Webinterface portal timeout (webinterface url will logoff) default 20min (WI and IIS)
    2. Session timeout (application disconnection) this will be configured in xenapp servers (ICA-tcp or RDP-tcp properties) or GPO/local policy or XenApp policies.

    If licence server goes down, then we have 30 days of grace period in which there is no effect on connected and connecting users.

    If License server goes down, nothing will be impacted, application will be running fine for 30 days, that is the grace period, once License server is up grace period will be reset.
