How to create hierarchies and conditional objects in the designer?

Hierarchies: Go to the Tools option in main menu and select Hierarchies here it allows you to set up dimensin hierarchies for multidimensional analysis.Conditinal Objects:Go to the Filter option down in universe window here you can create condition objects just like the objects.

Both can be created in designer. Just like creating objects
