    The most difficult management problem is to bear the loss of experienced and efficient human resources leaving the service. Because new employee might not work efficiently, quickly and without any default.

    Both are of equal importance. Without education you cannot be provided the opportunity to gain experience. When gaining experience further education is the way forward to success and to avoid being stale in the chosen field, we cannot know everything
