As a Business analyst what would you do if the template has been rolled out in the organization and it has many flaws and you are not comfortable with it. When it was made the client didn't have much experience with use case template.

If I feel there are flaws in the template, I will take the better template which fills the gap which they have currently. I will explain the PM first and then if we have the meeting, I will compare the both and tell the advantage and disadvantage of both.
