hello...I AM 40 NOW. AND I AM JUST A SCINCE(MATHS) GRADUATE AND WITH PG DIPLOMA IN COMP APPLICATIONS. I HAVE OVER 13YRS INDUSTRY EXP IN EDP IN DIFFERENT CAPACITIES. I AM NOT SO GOOD IN PROGRAMING. NOR I DID ANY MAJOR PROJECTS IN ANY PLATFORM. I am good in FoxPro and worked most of the time in that. I used to co-ordinate with all the dept. in my company which has given me some functional knowledge of various activities in an industry like HR for example.I wanted to gofor SAP-HR . I want to know whether I can go for it or not. If I got good knowledge of sap-hr, shall I get any offer by seing by age and academic qulifications.pl. advice.

Prasad, SAP-HR is a good option. However, with your huge experience, I am afraid it you may not necessarily get a role necessarily to you expectations since you do not have any formal background in HR...

Though on the outset you have to put more effort to get a career in SAP-HR you can get it a great career if you first take a training in SAP-HR and then proceed with your job search.
