my OS is windows XP Prof , back-end oracle 9i , i tried to install cognos repertnet8.2 , but couldn't able to start the service..content store is not configured correctly. what are the steps to configure it and how to create a new database for content store?thanks

Hi sreedil,    I am also newbie of Cognos. Your problem is caused of Oracle JDBC driver loading. So you copy classes12.jar (>= 10g) or classess12.zip (
