Object group can be used within same form but Object library can be used through out the data base connectivity in any form.

Procedures Can have Parameters. But parameters is optional .i.e. we may defined procedures without parameters also.It can take three types of parametersIN , OUT and INOUT.

Error occurs, why because "when others" must and should be placed at last in exception block
