if u want to delete the cookies we hava an header called response.setHeader("expires", mentionthetime attribute) so that for that prescribed time the cookies will get deleted

Before executing server checks timestamp of the jsp file and previous generated servlet file. If they differs jspc compiler recompiles it.

First whenever u save your jsp file it will recompile at that time it will create a servlet file .so whenever ur saving a jsp file the jsp engine will create a servlet file.

In session you can store data of server RAM size, ofcourse it is available RAM size, lets say RAM is 128 MB and on booting the system say 28 MB is used By Operating System or other services, then u can store up to 100 mb of data in sessionCheers

we can stored large amount of date with session(i.e. no limitation for storing data). but limitation of session id will be limited to 4k.regards,ganesan r.
