Rollout Application update option:

Automatic roll out of application update in a clustered environment.

Ensures no service interruption of the application. Stops,updates and starts the application one cluster member at a time, while the other cluster members continue to run the application.

In update option u will have an outage as u need to stop the JVMs and deploy the application.
