Go to was admin console
Click on security tab

1.Check the "Enable administrative security" checkbox.

2.Make sure that "Enable application security" is also checked.

3.Optionally, enable "Java 2 security" on the same page.

4.Click Apply.

5.Click "Save directly to the master configuration".
