answer is 625

take one family first. The probability that a child is a boy or girl is 1/2.

there fore out of  four the prob that two are boys in one family is 1/2*1/2*1/2*1/2

for 10,000 familes the prob=10,000*(1/2*1/2*1/2*1/2)=625.

Probability should always be less than 1. So the probability is I think (3/8)10000
the no. of events for the two daughters are 6 out of total 24=16 events. So the probability is 6/16=3/8 then for 10000 families the probility is (3/8)10000

None of These

For every household there can be five possibilities :

1.) 1 Boy & 3 Girls
2.) 2 Boys & 2 Girls
3.) 3 Boys and 1 Girl
4.) 4 Boys and No Girl
5.) No Boy and 4 Girls

Thus the probabibility of a household having 2 daughters is : 1/5.

Thus , the final probability of every household having 2 daughters : (1/5)^1000.
