Where can we find the 4 files(saplogon.ini,sapmsg.ini,saproute.ini,sapdoccd.ini) of GUI at os level(I mean in which directory)?

That depends on the SAPLogon version and the Windows version. If you have SAPLogon 6.X and Windows XP or lower, these files are in the C:WINDOWS folder. If you have  SAPLogon 710 are in C:Users[USER]AppDataLocalVirtualStoreWindows. With  SAPLogon 720 the location is C:Users[User]AppDataRoamingSAPCommon.

We can find the 4 files that below to SAP GUI in C://WINNT folder.
