Extension is a file which is used to extend the capability of;data available to a more basic program.Enable Extension is used to attach your application DLL with silk standard DLL .So that silk can recognized as silk object.

Extension is a file that serves to extend the capabilities of Identify application and call stocks. In silktest extension similar to QTP –Add –in Extension configuration information is stored in the partner.ini while created the project. We can automatically enable extensions from silk test workflow bar
