WinRunner Error : Window cannot be found

Functionality of the application to be automated through Winrunner is that when I click on certain field (say: amount field), some of the other fields gets populated with predefined values from the database.

But when I try to Record the above event through winrunner and play back, it does not populate the fields from database but rather throws an error like that "Window cannot be found".

Kindly guide.
