How to integrate custom application with Oracle Apps 11i?


I want to integrate a custom application like what ever the customizations we do we want to keep it as a custom application for this I have followed some notes from metalink which states to
1- create director structure ---- which I have created as (xxcus) under appl_top
2- Register the application with AOL--- i have done it.
3- Register the custom user -- I have done it
I have followed all the steps but as the result I get an error which is
(ERROR: Function not available to this responsibility change responsibility or contact system administrator)

I have contact our system administrator but he does not know any thing

Please if any one can help me out as step by step.

your help is highly appreciated.

Pls register ur application at Datagroup, which is attached to responsibility u r accessing.

Most probably 'Standard' data group will be attched to ur resp.
