Main difference between using a object from shared folder is that it will be used as Shortcut to shared folder so in future if any changes happened to that object so by changing its definition in shared folder it will be reflected everywhere this object has been used, where as if we make a copy of object and use it then everytime for any changes we have to modify everywhere that object is used.
