What is the library function? How do you use it .. ?

It is the library of functions. There are 2 types of functions built-in & user defined functions. for e.g.
Built-in functions - date, dateadd, instr, Cstr, etc
User defined functions - create a library of functions which you will be using for your automation purpose and save as an external file (*.vbs / *.qfl / *.txt). Map the file to your test through Test Setings.
