This question is very simple but requires patience.
Try solving it in three steps:
First Step:
Let us suppose that,
Anup is making a true statement.
Then,
Sujit and John both have made a false statement.
But if we consider the above scenerio then there takes place a contridiction in Sujit and John statements.
According to the situation:
either df/ew will win
but since Sujit has made a false statement therefore it implies that df has already won the contest.
This makes the falsity of John's statement merely impossible. Bcoz if he has made a false statement then the winner should be either ew/dl which is not the case according to Sujit.

Second Step:
Anup: False
Sujit: True
John: False
Now the statements look like this:
Anup: Neither ew nor df should win.
Sujit: df will not win
Both the above statements satisfy each other.
John: Either of dl/ew has won.
Since, Anups statement ensures that ew has not won. Therefore, DL is thw winner.
