How many rounds in the selection process.

There are 3 rounds as per somebody told me. 'n' he was salected over Sapient
one is written. there they 'll give you some programs to write.
then there is technical interview. there they 'll ask you how did you solve this problem and will ask you to sort the problem that you have committed in paper. might be logical.
then third and final round will be HR. here they 'll ask you the normal questions not as much hard as the earler two.

Well there are 4 rounds in the selection procedure of SAPIENT.
First there are 2 rounds of technical written. There they give you programming questions and you are to either solve it through flowchart or write the exact coding. After clearing the first 2 rounds then there is a technical interview and there you are asked abt the written questions of first 2 rounds plus some additional questions. After this ther is an HR interview in which normal questions are asked + some managerial type of questions.

So this is the entire process of selection.

I have cleared the Sapient process myself right on 22 Sept 2007.

I was cleared the Sapient written and they send mail to attend the interview in Delhi on 5th of December, but I have a university exam on 4th of December, I am from Andhra Pradesh What I do now.
