According to my knowledge, 2005 has only forward capablity, but 2003 has both forward and backward capablity

In VS -2005 there is no need to install a IIS, it will automatically start
New controls are
available like tree-view, menu-tree
New version of
Crystal-report is included and built-in SQL-Server to run the query.
