Root Cause Analysis is find the root for cause of problem.Its different from just finding the defect .By finding the Root cause we can avoid many problems that occur because of that or remove all the bugs related to that

Hi all

   Type of analysis carried out during reviewing of test case. By this analysis the reviewer can identify the root casue for the deviation in the flow. Then they will take action to ovecome it.For example during review process reviewer came to know that there is maximum error due to wrong test flow. Then take will take action to overcome it in future.
