  Batch testing is nothing but silent mode in win runner.

Hai,

Both batch test and silent mode are completly different

When ever u select a option silent mode option in Win Runner, While executing the testscripts it will not give any error (If it is problem in testscript or a checkpoint failure what ever it may be) Filanally in result window it will explain all the problems.

if it not rigth plz revert back with corect answer

Till now I did not come through with this type of word "Silent Mode".

Silent mode is nothing but run in batch mode. To select this run batch mode option follow this navigation,  Tools menu->General options->select run tab->select run in batch mode option and and click apply & ok.

Silence mode:

  In this mode the test execution takes place upto last test data value without any interuption even though any check point fails in winrunner execution.

The process is as follows:

Go to settings--->general options---> click Run Tab---> Select run in batch mode--->Click apply---> Click "ok".

Silent mode:

TO continue Batch test execution without any warning message,when a check point is failed in winrunner.

Settings>General options>Run tab>click on Batchmode

In this Mode Win Runner continues text execution when a check point is fail also. To define this mode in Win Runner, we can following below Navigation

Setting menu->General Option-> Run Tab->Run in Bath mode->click Apply->click ok.
