Hi how can we test .net application using QTP. imean writing scripts in c#.can we directly write .net scripts in QTP,after recording the application can we enhance script using .net??can any one please give me an idea, or send me any links.

Qtp is a functional tool ,which supports only for blackbox testing ,and  supports to write or genrerate script in VBscript and Java scrpt and Wscrript, You can test .NEt application from front end , not possible to test application's source code.

No we can not write C# or .NET code using QTP. Becuse QTP is only supports vbscript.
For .NET Scripting you can use Test complete 6.4 another Automation tool.

i think you wrongly thought that the scripts used in the QTP for Test will enhance with .Net application. which is wrong. QTP is an interactive tool to enhance the testing work automaticallly. which verfiy and validate the Front End part of the application(Black box, Functional/Regression) . Test Steps are generated in to Test Scripts and executed tests are maintained in the Test Summary. So no confusion on the scripts that used in the QTP

we wont write .net scripts in QTP
